The map layout

Every map element, in the right place

The layout a supervisor, a journal and LGED expect — built automatically from the area you pick.

Title block — map type, area name, division, subtitle. Edit on the sheet, in English or বাংলা.
Map frame & neatline — the area fills the frame; surrounding districts are shown faintly for context.
Legend — builds itself from the layers you switch on, in several columns when the list is long.
North arrow — four styles, drag it anywhere.
Scale bar & R.F. — kilometres and a live representative fraction that follows the zoom and paper size.
Index / location map — your area highlighted in its district, division or the whole country.
Data sources & credits — BBS 2022, LGED, projection, prepared by — ready for a thesis.
Layers — upazila/union/village boundaries, LGED road classes, rivers, railways, facilities, your own data.
Graticule — latitude and longitude lines with degree labels, or the BTM grid for a thesis.
